The price includes VAT, tourism tax, breakfast buffet and services offered in the two-storey Wellness centre and Vitalitarium (adventure pool, children’s pool, jacuzzi, finnish sauna, infrared sauna, sanarium, steam room, salt chamber, experience and massage showers, ice fountain, tepidarium, relaxation area with fireplace, cardio-room), bathrobe, unlimited wireless internet access and the use of the parking lot.
Rooms overlooking the lake are avalaible in limited number for an extra charge of 4.000 HUF/room/night.

for children under 4 years:

in case of sharing the room with the parents and placing an extra bed in the parents’ room accommodation and meals are included in the price

for children between 4 and 12 years:

A reduction of 50% is granted to children of this age who are provided an extra bed in the parents’ room. A reduction of 30% is given in case of using the standard bed and further 30% from the price of the main meals

Cancellation policy:

50% of the room rate charged for one night has to be paid as a penalty

In case of non-guaranteed reservations rooms which have been booked before are reserved by the hotel staff until 18:00. If the guest does not arrive, reservation will be cancelled automatically.
On special occasions and in case of package offers or in peak season the VITAL HOTEL NAUTIS **** wellness and conference hotel reserves the right to charge the full price if reservation is cancelled or the guests leave before agreed check-out date.
